How Gang Stay works

Filter by area, group size, price and amenities. Photos, the rate for each day of the week and the house rules all sit on one page.

Tap LINE or call straight from the villa page. You talk to the owner or the person who runs the house, ask about dates and agree the price yourselves. No agent in between.

Deposit terms and payment are whatever the owner sets. Gang Stay never takes or holds the money.
What we do, and what we don't
We do
- Keep whole-house pool villas in one place, with the photos, prices, location and house rules the owner entered.
- Review every listing before it goes live, so there is enough on the page to decide from.
- Translate listings into Thai, English and Chinese so guests can read them in their own language.
We don't
- Take bookings, take payment, or hold anyone's deposit.
- Charge commission, to the guest or to the owner.
- Become a party to the rental. The agreement is between the guest and the owner.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a fee for booking through Gang Stay?
- No. Neither guests nor villa owners pay Gang Stay a commission. The booking and the payment happen directly between you and the owner.
- Are the villas on the site checked?
- Every listing is reviewed before it is published: we check that the photos, price, location and house rules are complete and readable. The owner remains responsible for the accuracy of the information and for the property itself.
- What if a listing does not match the actual property?
- Tell us on LINE or Facebook, with the villa code shown on that page. We contact the owner to correct it, and take the listing down if the information is not true.
