NAPA POOL VILLA is a private space designed for group relaxation, located in Pattaya near the sea. The highlight here is the private swimming pool with a water slide, adding excitement for both kids and adults. Children's life jackets are also provided. In the evenings, the fun keeps going with karaoke and a pool table inside the villa. For meals, there is a barbecue grill for a full BBQ party, along with a microwave for reheating food. Pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit by the agreed booking date, with the remaining 50% due on check-in. A damage deposit of 3,000 THB along with a national ID card will be collected on check-in and returned after a damage inspection on check-out. If you need to change your check-in date, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. Changes made after this deadline will incur a fee of 2,000 THB per day. All bookings are non-refundable upon cancellation, no exceptions.

House rules

• No noise outside after 22:00; you may continue inside with doors and windows closed.
• No food or drinks in the pool.
• No smoking inside the house. E-cigarettes are permitted, but a 2,000 THB fee will be charged if any smell is detected.
• Damaged items will be charged at their actual replacement cost.
• Towels stained with cosmetics or damaged will be charged at their actual cost.
• Stained bed sheets, pillowcases, or blankets will be charged according to the actual quantity affected.
